What is a Health Coach?
Health coaches educate and support clients to achieve their health goals through lifestyle and behavior adjustments. Health Coaching does not encourage a specific diet but rather lifestyle changes and a way of eating that works for each individual.
Health and wellness coaches are popping up in doctor’s offices, spas, gyms and private practices all over the country. They often offer services and fill gaps that doctors, nutritionists and dietitians don’t have the time or resources to fill.
A one-on-one session helps you process through obstacles in your healthy living while also providing resources and tools to live out your goals. Meal plans, snack lists, new recipes, and inspiration are a few of the benefits provided within a session.
